It cannot be escaped to your attention, that the gas prices are rising enormously the last years. And stabilising from prices of gas and electricity will not happen on a short time. With an energy investigation of your house or shop building we can recommend you whith which measures you can keep your costs in control and how you can save strongly.

HOUSE OWNERS
An energy investigation for house owners is performed according to the appraisal directive (BRL 9502), also called Energy Performance Recommendation (EPR) (in Dutch EPA=Energie Prestatie Advies). In this the status of your energy capacity and usage is mentioned. Also construction recommendations are supplied to reach energy-saving improvements. Besides this EPR you receive the (concept) energy certificate EPBD (energy label of your house).

COMPANIES
Also a Company Energy Plan (CEP) (in Dutch: BEP=Bedrijfs Energie Plan) is a possibility. That includes beside EPR, a complete description of your energy flows on different moments and during the different commercial activities. It contains in fact a sound step-by-step plan to reach the most effective possible use of energy whithin your company.

ENERGY CERTIFICATES
In the next years an Energy certificate EPBD has to be deliverd on housetransfer and/or mutations, new housing estate, serious modernisation and at periodic inspection of heating units and installations. Also public buildings in which public services are offered must get an energy performance certificate. It is expected that the demand to EPR-reports will increase considerably as soon as this regulation is effective. Waiting times and costs for this report and the measures to take will increase rapidly. You do not have to wait: we can already do an EPR for you. So you save time and money!
The energy researches take place throughout the Netherlands and can be carried out on request with construction physical-, architecturally- and innerclimate investigation. The energy investigations are where needed or even necessary, supported with thermographic and endoscopy research.
